Returns & Refunds
We are certain you will be happy with your purchase from House of Silk Flowers. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact Customer Service by email within 30 days of receipt for a return authorization. Items will be accepted for refund if they are returned to us in their original re-saleable condition. We will promptly refund your purchase price. Buyer is responsible for return postage.
Items damaged in transit will be submitted to the carrier for reimbursement. Please notify Customer Service at email@example.com within 3 business days of any damage. Save all packing materials until the claim is settled.
